Terms and conditions
Final cleaning is mandatory and costs 120 euro. You can also request intermediate cleanings for a fee.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.
The amount of the deposit depends on the duration and must be paid on the day of booking.
In case the tenant loses the keys, an extra 50 euros will be charged.
For stays longer than 30 days a security deposit will be required and must be paid at check-in.
