The " Nobleman House" is now situated to tourist accommodation and it is divided into four apartments, which are characterized by a harmony of detailed details: Melograno (The Pomegranate-Tree), Giuggiolo (The Jujube-Tree), Loggetta (The Open Gallery) and Gelso (The Mulberry).

Our apartments offer any kind of comfort, even though they preserve the ancient beauty of the building and its history, thanks to a careful restoration and the furniture which has been realised with pieces of furniture of the time.

For our guests, refined rooms and wide living – rooms overlooking the vineyard and the olive trees – yard in the nearby are at their disposal.

All the apartments have an independent heating and air conditioning system; in this way we assure you silence and the possibility to modify the temperature according to your preferences.

Furthermore, they have a private kitchen with refrigerator and deep freeze, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, dishes and service of cutlery.

Each apartment also has TV, phone, cable and satellite national and international TV, direct internet and ASTRA and EUTELSAT satellites connection .

A swimming-pool in the garden and a barbecue corner are available to our guests. It is indeed essential to taste the famous and delicious steak " bistecca alla fiorentina", a real unfailing culinary experience during your Tuscan holiday!

LOGGETTA APARTMENT  (170 sq. meters)

This nice apartment is developed on two floors: on the first floor  it has a big living room (36 sq. meters) with monumental stone fireplace , a kitchen and two large double rooms with private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has an antique wrought iron tester bed and wide bathroom with shower and tub.

At the upper floor there are a living room and another double room with an antique and romantic wrought iron tester bed: this bedroom has a panoramic view above the countryside because it is located right at the top of the old tower.

Furthermore the apartment has a charmy loggia with panoramic view.
