The Pinti Apartment is on the ground floor, quiet and bright. It is accurately renovated: once sculptor Quinto Martini's atelier.

The apartment consists of two parts, connected by a "loggia" opening onto a small charming courtyard of exclusive use ( fountain of the XVII century ).

In the first part: entrance, double-room as separate section of the living  ( large bed or twin beds), living/dining, kitchen corner, bathroom with shower.

In the second part, on two levels: living with single sofa-bed and bathroom with bathtub, loft with double bed ( can be set apart
to have two single beds) + single sofa-bed.

Facilities: heating, fridge/freezer, TV, washing machine


The prices below are the average prices for a stay of 4 people in the apartment.

Minimum stay: 3 days.

Extra costs: Utilities, linen towels, final cleaning.
Special prices for longer stays.
